Reception have been looking for signs of spring. They have looked all around school and spotted buds on trees, shoots coming up from the ground, and some flowers already growing. They saw daffodils that were just coming out the ground, and one that was already starting to flower. 🌱🌼🌷

Reception enjoyed decorating pancakes with fruits and jam or syrup for Pancake Day 2025. Most importantly, they enjoyed eating them!

Autumn Term 1

Reception had the most amazing morning seeing the owls! They learnt all about the different types of owls, where they live, what they eat and so much more. They got to see the largest owl (Casper) fly! He swooped over our heads, which was so exciting.
